Senses Needs Real Engagement

King of the senses is mind and the work of mind is to think, feel and will. So technically we are having two options— either thinking of material pleasure or spiritual advancement. Because senses needs some engagement, if you don't give them spirituality, its natural for them to think of some other nonsense. Therefore engage your senses in Krishna Conscious activities.
