Why no Gītā Mahatmaya in Bhagavad Gita as it is ???

Many Bhagvad Gita Has Gītā Mahatmaya described along with Bhagavad Gita.

Gita Mahatmaya described different benefits one gains when one reads or hears one Shloka, many shloka or full chapter or whole Gītā.

But it’s interesting to note that Srila Prabhupada’s commentary on Bhagavad Gita does not have Gītā Mahatmaya. Why so?????

Actually Gītā Mahatmaya is for people who are materialistic or fruitive workers who are always after some or other material benefit.(Karma Kandi)

Basically they are after four purusartha :- Dharma. Artha, Kama,Moksha

But Srila Prabhupada’s Bhagavad Gita as it is emphasizes the pancham purusartha which is love of supreme personality of Godhead(Krishna Prema) & doing PURE Bhakt.(Not the karma or gyan mishra Bhakti)

For PURE Bhakti ,Srila Prabhupada quoted Srila Rupa Goswami’s verse from Bhakti Rasamrit Sindhu :-

Anya Bhilasita Sunyam

Gyan karmardy anavruttam

Aanukulyena Krishna nu Shilanam

Bhaktir Utaama

"One should render transcendental loving service to the Supreme Lord Kṛṣṇa favorably and without desire for material profit or gain through fruitive activities or philosophical speculation. That is called pure devotional service."
